One year after its acquisition by Helexia, Cap Sud becomes Helexia Agri

Helexia, an international player in the energy transition and a subsidiary of Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), announced in April 2022 the acquisition of Cap Sud, a company specialised in the construction of agricultural buildings with photovoltaic rooftops. One year later, following its successful integration, Cap Sud took a new step and became Helexia Agri. Adrien Demont is appointed Managing Director of Helexia Agri.

Founded in 2006, Cap Sud –now Helexia Agri– is specialised in the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants on the rooftops of barns. The company joined the Helexia Group in April 2022.

Active mainly with commercial and industrial clients, Helexia France also has experience in the agricultural sector with more than 200 plants in operation. The successful integration of Cap Sud and its team allows Helexia France to strengthen its offer for farmers by proposing the installation of agricultural barns with photovoltaic rooftops.

Helexia France and Helexia Agri are complementary and offer a range of expertise and global solutions to support their clients in their energy transition and the decarbonisation of their business.

Adrien Demont appointed Managing Director of Helexia Agri

A seasoned expert in photovoltaics, Adrien Demont is a former Helexian. He held the position of Photovoltaic Project Manager at Helexia France from 2015 to 2019, following an entrepreneurial project –the company Activolt which he founded in 2006. He then continued his career as Head of the construction division within a competitor company.
