Service Description
UBBO Shopping Resort, in partnership with Helexia, has completed the installation of a large-scale solar self-consumption system at the shopping centre. The project includes more than 3,000 solar panels, with a total installed capacity of 1.7 MWp and an estimated annual production of 2.5 GWh of renewable electricity.
The project was developed and implemented by Helexia Portugal and required a high level of engineering and planning. The system was integrated into a rooftop with a high density of technical infrastructure, including HVAC systems and other equipment essential to the continuous operation of the shopping centre. A detailed structural assessment was also carried out to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.
